Why Brandon chose Adam?

Was Adam's Brandon's first choice? Not quite. But he had to go with his gut. "Before I hit the stage, I was oddly not that nervous.", Brandon explains. "And then when I saw Adam hit the button first, I was like ok, all I got to do is finish it and I'm on someones team." Adam said that Brandon is unique and what he does is classic and special. Naming him a real soul singer.

Brandon said he wanted Cee Lo or Blake originally, but went with his gut. Adam hit the button first and what he said touched Brandon.
